the night walk on the erdre is always as pleasant especially as the weather was favorable on Christmas Eve. I would do two reproaches:- I had booked for a table of 4 people, but the welcome gave me a boarding card with 2 tables of 2 people separated on the upper deck. the onboard staff tried to fix this error, but having already dropped other customers with separate reservations and who wanted to be together, we had, willingly badly, to accept a table for 4 at the lower deck where well on the view is not as beautiful!!!!!!!! we had invited a couple of friends to discover the erdre through a cruise lunch two days ago. We had taken the first formula with champagne, white and red wines and meals.Very good properties placed in this formula, we were entitled to a very good quality service at the same time as relaxed. our friends have particularly appreciated. Good champagne, good nutmeg, excellent bordeaux, nothing to tell the wines. Very good flies and mignardises, 4 Foie-grass very good Thai, 1 calf medallion and 1 beef pavement, also. 2 sander nets (average). an evening in service first, the must of the concept. few customers in the boat, 3 people in the room. the walk, the menu and the wines are promising. a cup of champagne in aperitif, the choice is not offered between white and rosé. the order is taken, without any enhancement of the dishes. The dishes follow, of quality, sent quickly, but to each one, one must repeat his choice, is it so complicated to indicate on the right paper (!) the customer concerned. the wine is served, at discretion specified on the site. discretion means that if you want a second service, you must claim it. so we impose the wines without justification. a menu at 91 euros that is worth them for the enchanting walk, f...
pleasant cruise, we had good weather which allowed us to enjoy the landscape well. impeccable service, servers are polite, smiling and attentive. the professional photographer is listening. The dishes are good (we had the spring menu), I especially liked the charlotte offered for dessert. After personally, the meal was offered to us, I don't know if I would put 79€ for the menu. But I understand it's gastronomic cuisine. questions animations, we could not appreciate the sound comments along the ballad because we had two noisy groups behind us. It kind of ruined this cruise we hoped to be restful. overall it remains a pleasant moment, to do from time to time.

We came together for dinner "service Premier".Home and nice view (higher pitch). The tables are not too glued to each other, very well. The table is of a correct quality but no more. the walk is pleasant and there is an outdoor space in the back of the boat which is pleasant (for smokers and to take the air). Beyond the table that lacks "savour plus", you must always claim if you want something, bread, a glass of wine, water ... it is really very unpleasant. It would be a little bit more careful and it would be much better.Nota: coffee served cold!So, a value for money a little high, but we have overall spent a pleasant time.
excellent dinner served by delicate and attentive staff. Noix de Saint-Jacques, daurade fillet, cheese and then crumble of spice bread on apple jam, all with aperitif, white wine, red and coffee.In keeping with the very good music offered by quality musicians during the 2h30 cruise, the value/price ratio is excellent.Also note the kindness of hostess and the possibility to people with disabilities to spend a very pleasant evening on the evening!
excellent reception of the whole team of ric. of the stone hotel master to our 2 dedicated waitress "special thanks" to muriel for its availability, attention and kindness. The meal was very good and the formula allowed us to have drinks at will. We had already made this cruise in the evening as a couple and we also have a good memory. We would be happy to come back for other family events.
lunch along the most beautiful river of france to discover the wonderful shores that the erdre conceals, it is essential to swim. a delightful show while enjoying a good meal. not to be rested only for the spectacle of the beautiful houses and other castles that we discover over the water. a treat for the view.
