Upon entering, you're warmly greeted with a traditional Japanese welcome: "Irasshaimase!" As you might expect, the menu features an array of ramen options, including shoyu and miso. Don't miss out on the edamame and gyoza as starters; the edamame is simple yet delicious, and the gyoza boasts a wonderful filling texture.
My favorite part of the menu is the ramen itself. I always order mine with extra chashu pork, which is incredibly tender. While the noodles and toppings aren't extraordinary, the broth truly steals the show. It's rich and flavorful—perfect for sipping on a rainy day.
