Well, after a whole day trip through the mountains, we went to Batznhausl for dinner. The guests around were mixed, from single to family to celebration. Some had lots of fun, others were very quit. Bavarian wooden furniture, regular cozy for a Bavarian restaurant, old...school (retro) bathrooms, all very clean. Our food was good, all home made. Good soup, perfect filet, yummy cake, flexible kitchen for changings, fresh ingrediants. The Staff was fast, but not very pleased (been friendly, but without passion and heart). We visited for a midweek lunch on day one of our four day stay in the area in early February. Several tables where full with what seemed to be local social groups and couples enjoying lunch. Clearly we were struggling with the menu in German the lovely hostess assisted us with some great choices for ourselves and two picky teenagers. The meal was beautiful the most delicious pork schnitzel we have ever eaten. Surroundings very traditional, bright and pleasant on a cold winters day. The teens headed outside after lunch to play in the snow and we stayed on for another drink, the owner then brought us over a lovely schnapps to enjoy with him, Prost! on the day we visited one of our four-day stays in the environment at the beginning of februar. several tables where full of what seemed to enjoy local social groups and couples lunchtime. obviously we fought with the menu in German. the beautiful hostess supported us with some great decisions for us and two picky teenagers. the meal was nice the most delicious pork we've ever eaten. surrounded very traditional, bright and pleasant on a cold winter day. the teens drove out after lunch to play in the snow and we stayed for another drink, the owner then brought us over a nice schnapps with him, prost! German hospitality best, thank you for hoping to return a day soon.

we go here every year, my husband must have the tradition bread pudding with Merrin berries and apple sauce. It is called Kaiserchmarrin Apflmus. We have always enjoyed the food. We enjoy the nostalgic traditional dishes and always have some local beer. It is across...the street from the very ambitious park.. The park is the perfect place to go after a satisfying meal. Its Koi pond and plantings are soothing to the soul. Most plants are identified, it is a great learning area for children and adults. Right on the bus line, this is a good place to stop for a satisfying meal.

I had a salad which was great (the size) and so in terms of quantity nothing to complaint. In terms of quality, there were a lot of cucumbers, grated carrots and cabbage or radish, I don't remember. The green salad was nice with vegetable peppers and tomatoes but too little of it compared to the cucumber and carrots. The dressing was really delicious with pumpkin oil and seeds. here for a quick coffee and a hot chocolate. large cappuccino, which tasted good. hot chocolate was nice, but warm.
