Arriving at the hotel, surprise: more map. you choose the menu price and the chef decides. new concept for regional products and fresh products. example on the menu that day: daurade??? . we did not like this new concept, had a thought for m. baud and we left. it would have been correct to notify when booking this new concept.

The new concept of the surprise menu is very pleasant, I loved it very much! The different dishes were delicious and the various wines accompanied were very well chosen. The servers were more than pleasant. Very happy with the evolution of the restaurant.
