Bawarchi is an old fashioned Indian restaurant that caters mostly to its local community round Kensal Rise and Queens Park in North West London. If you 're a regular they remember who you are and they chat. (They also offer an after dinner drink on the house). I called tonigh to order a collection at the end of the order I said I'd like to pay by card please No you can't pay by card. I explained my mum is on her way but doesn't have her card she's just collecting. The response was NO you can't and dont ask my why you can't take it or leave it!!!! So rude so I hung up and checked online reviews and Thank you for being so rude because I've now just found the best curry house in Willesden Lane called Bombay bicycle and the food is 5 star so fresh and the taste. So now my friends if you read this review try Bombay Bicycle Much better food and customer service.
Tina not only was a lovely person but she helped me choose my dish . I had been visiting my Mother in the local hospital and so it was a tough day . She made me feel so welcome , immediately offered me a carafe of water and suggested I had a masala chai . This was just what I needed , along with her cooking and heartfelt chat . Lovely little restaurant to sit in too ….
I am so happy I found this place! A nice place to go to it seems anytime of the week! I came with a friend of mine and it was an amazing experience. The staff, the food, the service was impeccable! So full of flavours, large portions, they basically had to roll me out of the place. Such a great night and I will definitely be back!! Definitely worth EVERY PENNY.. x

Been a regular customer for 10 years eating in and taking away. The food is always well presented, fresh, delicious and full of flavour. All the dishes we have tried (meat fish vegetarian) have always been a big hit. Also the service is always friendly and professional. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED one of my all time favourite restaurants
Great place to go with friends, lovely friendly staff who care about you having a good meal and are also active in the community. Tables well spaced and clean, food cooked to order and best of all they give you time to enjoy your meal
We love this place! It’s amazing. Excellent service, lovely food and reasonably priced. The food is full of flavour and cooked with care. We have been as a couple, as a family and in large groups. Never fail!! Definitely recommend!!
I love this restaurant but not on a Tuesday. The manager nor staff will tell you, but the chef obviously takes Tuesdays off. A ludicrous decision as my Tuesday meal was horrible. So. Don’t eat here on Tuesday.

I came here for dinner with a friend. I ordered the chicken momo as a starter and the lamb jalfrezi as a main. Both dishes were cooked well. Service was attentive and the place is cosy.
