Bay Pointe Waterfront

Great seafood and drinks. I enjoy the patio dining, the view is nice and the live entertainment is usually pretty good too! Staff is OK not super friendly. Indoor dining isn 't pleasant, the tables are too close and it feels like a kitchen setting. Definitely prefer outside dining. Review update 7/8/24 Tuesday service wasn 't so good. Food took awhile. They don 't offer you bread, you have to ASK. I order the baked scrod that comes with 2 sides. I ordered squash and broccoli. They didn 't have broccoli tonight!! Huh??? We were lucky and got a table outside with a beautiful waterfront view. Food is decent but expensive. There are better seafood restaurants in Quincy but not a beach front view. Calamari crunchy but flavourless without the dipping sauce. It also came with fried red peppers making the portion look bigger than it actually is. Mussel with red sauce I was still able to taste the ocean and a few of the mussels still had sand in them. Scallop with lobster risotto My favourite dish of the night. One of my family's favorite places for special occasions. We were there on Mother's Day and again this past weekend. (Early June). There are several dining areas and an elevated square bar area, all with a view. Fish tanks entertain those waiting for tables. Selections include Surf, Turf, Foul, and dishes with an Italian flair, as well as eye-popping desserts and an extensive wine, beer, and cocktail list. The food could definitely be better and the service from our server was good, but the overall vibe when walking in was awkward and not very welcoming. The server was pleasant and made great recommendations. The food came out quick and delicious. I also had the teriyaki wings and they were delicious. Highly recommend this place.

A taste of the Seaport on the South Shore. Really enjoyed my experience here, savoring both the food and the stunning waterfront view from the deck. Can't wait to visit again.

I love for seafood, every time I come back home to Boston I look for the best seafood. Bay Pointe has the best fish and amazing pop overs.
