Good , Good , Good! No other way to state it. The seafood is fresh and delectable. Portions are generous . The staff seem well organised and efficient. I was recommended to order from this place by my daughter and I always pass by on my way home from work. So I decided to call in an order to pick up after work one evening. The young lady on the phone was curt but thorough. That was ok, given the Covid 19 times we're living in. I picked up my food with no difficulty. Very organised. Now, this place ain't cheap, but you get your money's worth for sure, and that's very satisfactory. I Support Black Businesses and would recommend this place to everyone.

Drove here from Laguna area. Glad we did! The snapper, hush puppies, fries, crawfish, shrimp, condiments and peach cobbler were all *just right*. The food was seasoned very well. The cocktail and tartar sauces seemed to be homemade and were amazing! The peach cobbler had a lattice crust, perfecting for making everyone happy! I love a double crust peach cobbler and this was just the right amount of crust with sugar crystals sprinkled perfectly. The hush puppies were actually flavorful! They were not just fried balls of cornmeal. Bayou Grille will certainly be on my list of places to return to whenever I am in LA.

Great portions and plenty of seafood in your dishes. Everything looks and tastes authentic, fresh. Great prices. Would rate a 4.5 Cons: Some shrimp a bit overcooked and my ettouffe wasn't as creamy as I usually like and a bit too spicy vs the spicy shrimp with green and red bell peppers very good and not spicy. Gumbo needed a bit more flavor. Great crab cake with plenty of meat. We had the gumbo- Lots of seafood and Great price. Etouffe Crab Cake Jambalaya. Rice and bread included and very good.

Met a friend who raves about this place. But why though? Must be the service cause the food is disappointing. The red snapper. my favorite next to catfish was awful, poorly seasoned and tasted fishy. Yes it's fish but it shouldn't have that sort of old fishy taste. The fries were better seasoned than the fish. The peach cobler was pie crust and canned peaches. Does anyone know how to cook southern food anymore or have they all passed on? Heavy sigh. Reserva una mesa ahora

I CAN 'T BELIEVE I WAITED SO LONG TO TRY OUT THIS PLACE!!! Food was amazing!!!! I love fried seafood and I 've tried La Brea Fish Market and that place was 2/5 ???????? But Bayou Grille.... 10/10! Let me explain why, the owner was so sweet to us. We showed up at 7 not knowing they closed at that time and he still took our order! 2nd the food was so worth it. BEST BEIGNETS I 'VE HAD! This is our new spot since we are like 5 blocks away ??

My spouse and I recently had lunch here and the food was amazing! Everything was home made and flavorful. We were even offered samples when we were deciding what to order. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the jambalaya and loved it! Bread was fantastic and it was piled high with fried shrimp and just the right amount of condiments. Had a side of jambalaya with it. Delicious.

The food here is really solid. I loved the gumbo...(can't wait to try the shrimp creole)My snapper was perfectly cooked, but actually missing a bit of salt the cajun style tarter sauce made up for it, with a nice touch of heat, lushness, acid, sweet and salt. My greens however lack acid to brighten the full flavor.

For me, the food was not good. I ordered a shrimp po'boy and a catfish dinner. Both were dry and lacked flavor...which is an insult to Cajun/ Creole cuisine.. Before you take my word, order something under $15 so you can judge for yourself. Personally, I won't return. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is amazing!!! The service needs some help. When the owner is there everything is great! When he isn't there things run but not so smoothly and it is a must to double check ur order. Other than that great food.
