I wanted to buy rolls this morning. There was no customer at the sales counter other than me. A lady was serving sandwiches in the back corner and the other was teaching a young man. After I waited in line for 7 minutes and no one felt responsible for the sale, I left without a roll. I then bought these in Bettingen at the Kachel bakery. I definitely won't go to Rösner again. Customer friendliness is different!!!
