I had a disappointing experience at Bb.q Chicken Chino Hills when they refused to serve my girlfriend and me just 20 minutes before closing. They told us orders must be placed 30 minutes before closing, yet they ignored multiple calls well before that cutoff. The restaurant was nearly empty, so it was clear they weren’t busy. It feels like the posted business hours prioritize staff schedules over customer service. I drove 30 minutes only to be turned away right before other places closed. I definitely won’t be returning.

No matter how good the food on the menu is, the service attitude is extremely bad. I ordered the mild fried chicken, but they gave me spicy soft chicken drenched in sauce. When I asked the cashier if this was the mild fried chicken I ordered, he said yes, that "less spicy" counts as mild. I had ordered it for children and it couldn't be spicy. He refused to replace it and insisted I order something else, saying it would take 25 minutes. Frustrated, I said it was the first time I'd heard mild described as spicy. Bb.q Chicken Chino Hills is my favorite spot for Korean fried chicken. The chicken is expertly prepared, taking about 20 minutes, but it's definitely worth the wait. They offer a wide variety of flavors, ranging from mild to very spicy. My favorite is the secret spicy; it’s not really spicy, but the garlic adds an amazing flavor. The chicken is incredibly crispy and goes perfectly with steamed rice. It is on the pricier side, but they offer three portion sizes. The small size is enough for two people. I’d give it a 10/10!
I arrived at Bb.q Chicken Chino Hills at 8:55 PM, only to find out they close at 10 PM and wouldn't allow us to eat inside. I was surprised by this policy. Additionally, the cashier lacked customer service skills and was quite rude when we inquired about the menu, simply pointing and saying, "Look there." This was my first visit, and I'm now considering not coming back.
