Ten minutes later, I checked on the status of my order, and they said it would be ready soon. After a total wait of 27 minutes, my food was finally ready. Finally! I asked for an extra radish side since they only included two for an order over $150. They refused, stating there would be a charge for it, and they couldn't process a credit card for such a small amount. Are you kidding me? I just left a $15 tip and spent over $150, and after a 27-minute delay, you can't even cover 30 cents?
This shows how little you value your customers. It was a terrible experience, and I will never return. All for the sake of saving 30 cents!
Gone down hill in quality. Last time I ordered soy garlic bone in and it had barely any sauce and looked naked. This time I ordered boneless soy garlic and it was well sauced but I think they ran out of chicken or gave me scraps. I brought it home and nibbled on two pieces and put it away for later. The pieces felt small and dry. When I went to reheat them, well, I will let the photo do the talking. This is a rip off! Not even two or three normal sized pieces out of all this? I will not return. Used to be my favorite korean chicken, now I will try the other places around here.
For some reason the original golden chicken did not taste as good nor as crispy as the one in Brea. The hot spicy chicken was overly sauced, in my opinion. We ordered the Mala Ddeok bokki $13.99) with extra cheese $2). The portion was a lot smaller too. They did not provide disposable gloves and they do not have a restroom. The store was tiny with four 4) tables with two 2) chairs each. They can be moved together for a bigger group. I do not recommend big groups because of the space. It is not my first time here but unfortunately, I do have to report it isn't the same as before. This is a small store that's more of a take out. Nothing to report on service. Typical service you would get anywhere.The food quality isn't the same. The chicken wings are smaller than before and a bit more dry than I can remember. We threw out the corn salad because it smelled putrid and tasted sour. Fries were mediocre at best. The sauce flavors is still pretty good.

Small Honey Garlic Boneless $14.99 for 8pcs): flavor was okay, but most chunks were thin, and just batter rather than meat. 7/10)Getting Pickled Radish $0.99) on the side is a musttt. I would pass on the Secret Side Sauce $1.99); it's just like a garlsweet chili sauce.
This small place used to make good crispy chicken wings and kangnam style wings as well. Now, the place is going down the hill. I am not complaining about how chicken piece size got smaller or none of that. Their wings are not crispy ANYMORE!. I assume there's been a change of ownership or cook recently. Let me shut out to the owner.Please fix the problem and get your star back.
This location is much closer to my home, but I've begun visiting the new place in Rowland Heights instead. The quality of their food is significantly better. Seriously, you guys need to improve your quality control. It used to be decent, around 4 stars, but the quality has declined even further since the ownership change.
Thanks to this store for letting me know how different fried chicken restaurants of the same brand can be. The chicken was old and tasteless. It is much different from the Rowland heights store and ktown store of the same brand, so it is not recommended at all.
