We love love love Be Nourished my daughter and I like to come here together for breakfast dates. The food is great quality (they're not trying to peddle shakes and stuff like that, it's REAL nutritious food) and they have fantastic seasonal rotations in their menu. They make their own granola and often when you walk in there are delicious freshly baked treats cooling on the counter, directly from the oven. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant, as are the people that work there. My only wish is that they had earlier hours throughout the week, because I love grabbing breakfast there and would come in more often if it opened before 10 (mom life). This cafe is so yummy! We visited for the first time today got hamburger vegetable soup I got my baby girl an açaí bowl- which she LOVED! The soup was delicious had great flavor. She also had pre-made sweet potato shepherds pie explained to me how you reheat in the oven, so I got some of that can't wait to try. We also had a big brownie which was rich delicious! There are so many delicious things there it mostly gluten dairy free which is perfect because my family is dairy free. It's a little more on the pricier side but your paying for fresh, nourishing, healthy food, which I think is 100% worth it! The owner, Allie, I talked before leaving. She's very friendly welcoming. We will be back!

This place offers delicious clean eating at its finest. I'm a huge fan of the frozen AIP meatloaf! The scones and muffins are incredibly tasty and made with wholesome ingredients. Many items are AIP-approved (autoimmune-friendly), and they use unrefined sugars in their recipes. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful, and the staff is just as friendly. Be sure to try an acai bowl or a salad while you're there. They also have specials! You definitely won't be disappointed.

Working new to the area and gluten free; I was excited to find this hidden gem! Friendly staff and comfy atmosphere. My BLT was delicious along side my Fentimans Rose Lemonade!
