We stopped here for lunch. What a great decision. So many healthy choices it was hard to choose- but we will be back so its all ok. We had a ninja bowl. So much yummy goodness - sweet and savoury and healthy. As an added bonus there are so many gluten free items it's mind boggling! There are also some yummy gluten free items in the desert display. Will try those next time. If you want healthy and gluten free this is the place for you! ( and me)Across the street from the university and close to other shops including superstore. Easy to do your grocery shopping -and stay parked there-and then treat your self to Be teased which is just across the street. Parking in front is a bit interesting as...

I visited a charming cafe with friendly and helpful staff who helped me choose from the menu. I decided on the Ninja Bowl with beer-braised chicken and a Dark Chocolate Orange smoothie, both of which were delicious. I also enjoyed a free Enlighten Chai Rooibos tea from Shuswap Infusions Tea, one of the 32 varieties available. The cafe offers two tables with a view of the valley and a bar table with outlets and USB ports for charging. I will definitely return, perhaps to try the tempting tacos next time. Additionally, I appreciated that the "plastic" cutlery is made from compostable plant starch.

I ordered a delicious quinoa salad and a very berry smoothie to take away. It wasn't too pricey, costing $7 for the salad and $6 for the smoothie. The quinoa salad was made with chickpeas, spinach, quinoa, and yams, and was fresh and delicious. The smoothie was packed with berries. I stopped by for lunch after visiting the Canada Games Pool. The only issue was that there was no parking available. The restaurant is a nice and quaint place. I'll have to walk there next time.

Ate here both on our way out and back through town. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious. Really recommend Mediterranean Scramble if you like olives and sundried tomatoes. And the Ninja Bowl is very good. The Avocado Goodness Salad is also yummy, but found it was more olives than avocado.

I ordered the Ninja Bowl with Beer Braised Chicken and it was delicious. The sauces had a nice Asian flavor to them. The Friday special included a free drink, and I opted for the Lavender tea which was very refreshing. The decor of the restaurant was also nice. My wife was impressed with the cleanliness of the washroom.

As a local, since discovering this place, I go out of my way to have lunch here. Good quality ingredients and food, interesting menu, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Tacos delicious, quesadilla flavourful and the greek style wrap is huge! The meat is wonderfully herbed and moist. Make this your lunch stop!

Had to take it out as there is no parking. Had a fabulous savory quinoa salad with chick peas and yams. Topped it off with a very berry smoothie. Salad was 7.00 & smoothie was 6.00, so it wasn't that expensive. It was very healthy, fresh and filling.

Healthy ingredients! Wish they offered more reusable options. Not sure if they have plates to stay... none were offered. Also not a fan of plastic cutlery. Beautiful garnishes!

So nutritive, so easy & so delicious. Avo, banana, apple, spinach, cucumber, mango, lemon zest. Enjoy this perfect light meal for a full energy day!????

Amazing healthy food that is always tasty and fresh! Great fast service. Smoothies are a definite must. Also, great selection of Shuswap Teas!
