Absolutely a great place to catch a bite to eat after a long day at the beach! The food was delicious and everything came out nice and hot. We ordered the boneless habanero chicken, all meat pizza, pasta, cheese garlic bread and a salad. Everything tasted delicious and I can say that the portions were adequate for the price we paid. Everyone was happy with their meal!! I definitely recommend this place for a casual relaxing bite and will be coming back for more. Parking: Plenty of parking. Didn't have a hard time finding parking on a Sunday afternoon. Wheelchair accessibility: First floor and easy access for anyone in wheelchair are unable to maneuver stairs well.
During my first visit to the restaurant, I tried the "Chupacarbas" individual-sized pizza which was about the size of a small plate. It came with chorizo, pepperoni, red onion, and hot pickled jalapeño peppers. The toppings were generous, but at $17.25, it was a bit pricey for the size. The crust was made of sourdough and had a good flavor. The service was good, however, the restaurant itself looked tired and could use a serious update or remodel.
Long time favorite pizza place in Dana Point and it continues to be as good as I remember from the first visit over 15 years ago! The service is fantastic and it's a quiant restaurant in a beautiful marina. The the Salt Creek which is clams in garlic sauce on a pizza just delicious! They use a sourdough crust for a little different twist and it just works! Give them a go!
As frequent travelers, we often find ourselves eating a lot of pizza. However, Beach Harbor Pizza truly impressed us! We ordered an extra large combination pizza, cheesy garlic bread, and an antipasto salad, all for under $100. The service was fantastic and the pizza was delicious. We will definitely be coming back when we're in the area again.
