The owner / manager / cook is a very arrogant man he only holds a food handlers licence and an R.S.A he is not a chef ( feel free to ask )and it shows in the quality of his food and respect he has for his dinners . You can regularly see him tottering off to the Chelsea Woolworths to buy his produce for the meals he serves, (you can also check that out yourself by contacting Woolworths in Chelsea ) I truly believe the point of going out to dinner at a restaurant is too be wowed to eat something that you yourself couldn't do better , This is not what the owner / cook believes. Every time I eat here I have a wonderful experience. Greg the Chef is a fantastic guy and the service staff are excellent. Mitalie is always on hand and conscientious. Seafood is excellent! But the Steaks, Burger, and my favourite especially, Thursday night Parmas are something to die for. I make a point of coming here at least once a week. I think I have an addiction to Gregs Parmas ( and only $12!!!)!!! Reasonable drink prices, the house wines are good, and I even have the sublime take away meals which are only $10. Excellent value. I do go for the steak or fish & chips. If your in Chelsea and don't eat at the Beach House, you are missing out!!!
We are customers who pay for high-quality food and expect value for money. We expect well-cooked food, not slop. Why should we spend our hard-earned money on subpar meals? It's important to respect and cater to the locals, who are the backbone of your business. Serving frozen food and expecting high prices is not acceptable. Treat all patrons with respect and serve food that is worth paying for. It's about proving to customers why your food is worth serving. Blaming alcohol for a poor meal is a weak excuse. We will not be returning.
The boys went for a Friday lunch and what a lunch it was. terrific surroundings with a great view. Staff are fantastic nothing too much for them. The food comes as ordered and in good time. A varied menu that will appease all that go. Book before you go as the area isn't big and its pretty popular, and you can see why. A great afternoon, food to die for and all the drink you want.

Three of us dines there and all had the prawns. Fresh, well presented, and tasty. Warm friendly atmosphere. Good to see the chef coming out to speak with diners. Definitely one of the better meals available in Chelsea. Seems like no need to book as plenty of space..
We had takeaway from this place and it was AWFUL. I would not be inspired to go back to this place. No idea about good food.We were a family of 4. Spent $20 each for Burger & Chips w a bottle of water. Drank the water the rest went in the bin. Not happy Jan!!
We have only eaten here once and couldn't understand why it was so quiet! The staff were cool, the food was value for money and there were free pool tables at the end of the meal! We think because it was winter it was quiet but it would be pumping in Summer!
An evening with five friends with great food, great service and relaxed friendly atmosphere. A first for me, second or third for others present - entrees, mains, sides and desserts all were excellent. Not cheap, but value for money.

Ordered coffee one morning from window, got a $3.50 free refill cup, very poor coffee, no refill for me. Will try coffee shops further along the strip.
The food was to die for and the staff were amazing. Thank you for making my birthday dinner a night to remember. Highly recommend!
