Beans Brews #109 - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a Hot Caramel Cielo, but it turned out to be essentially just hot caramel water. The 20 oz cup I received was only half full, and despite ordering whipped cream, it was evident that it wasn't added on top or mixed in. All I wanted this morning was a strong, hot coffee— I even paid extra for an additional shot of espresso—but I was very disappointed with what I ended up with. It felt like I spent $9 on flavored water. This location seems to be getting worse and worse.

I went through the drive-thru, and as usual, the line was pretty long, but that was okay since I was prepared for it. When I reached the window, the girl almost handed me the wrong drink, so I had to correct her. I was charged for a large drink, but when I received it, it was definitely NOT a large. I decided to just take it and go, but now that I'm tasting it, it's absolutely awful! It's probably the worst drink I've had from here.

Was craving a quick bite to eat in the AM along with my coffee. Well, the drink was amazing yet my sandwich was definitely made in a haste. I know the morning rush is long and tiring but come on guys…no one wants to eat paper. :

The service was incredibly quick and friendly. The staff member verified my mobile order with me to ensure the drink was prepared exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back! Food: 5/5 Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered a WHITE copper freeze but received a regular one instead. Fortunately, I can't really taste the extra shot, so I'm satisfied. The kids absolutely loved their copper freezes; they were really great drinks!

If I'm going to pay for extra shots, I expect to actually receive them. My coffee tastes like it has no espresso in it at all—just water and oat milk, with no hint of coffee flavor.

We stopped here for a latte on our way out of town. Uncertain if it's a local chain or single shop... But we would stop again if in the area!
