Bearbrass - Reserva de mesa

We were quite dissatisfied with the level of customer service. The staff was unfriendly. They are really rigid, although they did let us to swap out the uncomfortable high table and stools. They had another comfortable chair and normal table, but they refused to arrange another table for you since they were short-staffed due to COVID (was a big excuse) By the way, we had ordered Tequila shots, but they were delivered while we were still having dinner. Their time management and service quality are ZERO!

visited as a fast appetizer menu, so only divided three starter dishes. one was small cubes of pork that were delicious enough, but fat, then cartoffel croquettes, which were nicely cooked and crispy outside, but a bit a strange taste inside. and finally a plate of broccolini, which was absolutely delicious. I praise them for the speed of the service as they understood my haste. the ambiente was good as we sat outside, but nothing special

this restaurant has always been a great little place to meet family and friends on the southbank. Top spot excellent customer service and good value for money with food and beverage prices. meet some interesting travelers to dinner and everything we have impressed.

It was a great option for a pre dinner show at the Arts Centre. Service was fast and the wait staff friendly and responsive. I had the chicken wings and salad, my friend had the chicken schnitzel both did not disappoint. Yes i would return Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant had everything you could want. Great food, service, location and of course they had some fantastic cocktails. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends and will definitely be back.

great fast service. I made this pre-book because it was busy daytime, so I wanted to secure a table. we had great river views. eating was easy, but great we just came for a quick bite pizza and chips

The food was ok but the serving sizes were ridiculously small for the price. It was average pub food with fine dining prices. We had to go elsewhere after to top up…Give it a miss!

Paella was microwaved, no coffee available after dinner, waited far too long to have our food order taken.
