BEAT Brew Bar offers not only easily the best coffee that I had in Valencia, but some of the best that I’ve had in general. It was a memorable experience. If you’re a coffee lover, this is the place for you. I had two espressos, one made with washed coffee and the other natural, both from Ethiopia, but they also had beans from other parts of the world. I saw a group of customers having a drip coffee tasting. The owners, Lucio and Virginia, were very friendly and took the time to explain everything in great detail. They also make their own kombucha, which I’ll try the next time that I visit Valencia.

This coffee place and shop has an excellent understanding of coffee culture. A rare place in the city for those who love coffee. It 's a place for gourmets. You have to come here to taste the real thing. It 's not a place for syrupy coffees and muffins, it 's more like a museum, to smell and smell the beans and pick something to try. It certainly won 't be as cheap as a café con leche in any bar, because here they take care of the best beans and the magical chemistry around them. True, they rarely open for visitors and I waited ages to buy and grind beans for my morning drink.

An artisan coffee shop with very very friendly coffee shop owners! I took a short session of coffee tasting and the owner explained an extensive details of information! Only open for very short time for public and they only serve coffee and coffee only (exceptions for Kombucha). I had coffee from Peru, and it was a very unique experience. Absolutely will comeback to this place if I visit Valencia again.

These people are clearly very passionate about what they do and about the products they serve, starting with the water, the vegetal milk, their artisan al kombucha and finishing with the amazing specialty coffee. You have to try their naturally fermented kombucha! :
