Visit to the lovely village of Sainte Suzanne recently revealed few restaurants to eat in, and this hotel seemed to be one of the few. Entry into the bar area is not the most promising since it contained a few old guys staring into drinks or into the distance, however seated at the table things were better. Food and drink options were all very good; good sized portions, well presented, and very tasty regardless of the dish. The various courses of cheese, main, dessert, were all good and the only downside was that the service of them was pretty slow – although I appreciated the chance to digest and not rush, even if it made the meal very long (3 hours for 3 courses).
