After long years of absence, we decided to give "Le Beausite a try, as the owner and Chef have changed.We were greeted very kindly and seated at a lounge like area, near our dining table, to relax and enjoy our Cocktails. Very classy. The interior is very pleasant, nice decorations outline the ceiling from which descend two big chandeliers and there are some beautiful green plants on the floor.As venison 's season opened at the end of September, we ordered the Selle de Chevreuil (Roe deer Saddle) looking forward for a delicious meal.The order came with perfect timing. when they go to le beausite, they are thrilled by architecture and ambiente. the staff that welcomed us was friendly and welcoming. every care is done so that she counts her experience. then it comes to eat. chef chouette is a culinary gem. His...Ravioli aux champignons melt in the mouth and tease the back. the portions are generous, the workers suggested wein with each cure like an expert sommelier. the cost corresponded exactly to what should be expected for such a satisfying experience!

Sehr erfrischend, von Menschen begrüßt zu werden, die gerne arbeiten. Ich war bei einem Freund in Freiburg und habe diesen einzigartigen Ort entdeckt, an dem das Essen einfach köstlich war. Wir hatten einen Drink in der Lounge auf dem Balkon vor unserem Abendessen, die Aussicht auf das Hotel war von oben mit einem sehr kreativen Barkeeper hervorragend. Probieren Sie den Fisch in Salzkruste!

Dieses Restaurant hat wahrlich Potential mein nächstes Stammlokal zu werden.Die Korrektheit der Kellner sind wahrlich großartig.Das Restaurant ist wahrhaftig äußerst schön möbliert. Keine cheap Dekoration, stattdessen es war farblich das meiste überaus gut aussehend auf einander angepasst.Vom Geschmack ist da echt vieles ein Genuss. What a surprise! Wonderful and great place, I travelled for a few hours in a journey of discovery of taste and flavors, I would like to say thank you to the wonderful, detailed and discreet staff and the chef for this wonderful experience. I can't wait to come back to Fribourg and live a moment my journey to discover new flavors offered by this establishment bravo

good food, great fish, perfect service, correct prices. the new management apparently holds the tradition of being one of the rare restaurants in the city with excellent fish dishes. the spatialities are adapted to coronary occlusions, since the tiles are high. very original, the upwardly located X-Mas tree....A critic: the pistache sweat is tasteless.

Superb restaurant with an amazing kitchen. We had a 4 course menu at a company dinner and every single dish was outstanding. The staff was nice and helpful throughout the entire dinner.
