travel in the French Auvergne region, we decided to visit an amazing cathedrale on a volcanic rocks in a city called le puy en velay. we don't know what this little town really is. I have contact with beaux thés du monde after they found their restaurant on the internet. they do easily vegetarian eating, but vegan is insured if they can give them 24 hours advanced announcement. by email what I did. trust me, it is worth a few minutes to do this. they speak English enough when that is their language to understand and describe them. Change the settings menu of three options. When we went there was a vegan option for main lentil, eggplant and coconut curry that was beautiful. For dessert there were fresh dried fruit days mixed in a spicy sauce delicious mix of flavors. Three months ago, taken over by couples from Paris, we are very helpful despite my lack of French language knowledge.
