for a long time we wanted to try the beef club (4 people). the name already promises a lot...Fleisch der hebere category. when we arrived, the first disappointment already. a hot summer evening, which is wrapped locally in a structural stand, on which terasse no opening of the umbrellas possible, we would have had to sit at 30 degrees in the bright sun (reserved was of course for outside....who could already guess this and mentioned nothing at the reservation.) well...we then decided on the inside in view of the temperatures. it was hot, sticky, muffy. on the terrace was a table occupied, in room 2 tables maximum. 4 waiters chilled around, casual, arrog...whether elegant, found themselves clearly totally hip. the local has club lounge atmosphere, accordingly the music was turned up....mmmh must be in a dining room? ask us if the music was a bit quieter, because entertainment and so, the waiter said that was not going, otherwise you could not hear anything on the terrace. äääähm yes, thank you.The menu, very manageable, burger, couple steaks. mmmh beefclub lets expect other than that stands steak 200g, steak 300g. that's like if in a weinclub on the map would stand 1/2 red wine, 1/4 red wine, nothing else. No info, price, angus? Argentine? the waiter said that the meat would be a good idea. OK, club then probably more because of the loud music. Eat came, 1x burger with ruccola and salad...Ruccola was indispositionable, the salat lasch and served with a 08/15 ready sauce. 3x steaks, my medium ordered was on a side medium and on a side completely cut by (because differently thick). the other steaks were good. the supplements a catastrophe. my prosecco risotto to steak tasted like milk rice, no trace of suppenbrühe or even prosecco. with a hand on the back and with attached eyes I cook a better risotto. have invited the chef, he can taste my risotto. he didn't want to. we were annoyed by the casual, no I mean really casual waiters who had the greatest joy with themselves. paid quickly. the bill was salted and in living neither the quality nor the ambiente was worth.
