We had THE BEST customer service tonight at Beef O Brady's in Arcadia. They were short staffed and the bartender was our waitress. We felt like we were at a comedy club. Every time she came to our table, she connected with us with amazing comedic talent. She might have missed her calling as a comedian. She also was incredibly attentive to the details presented to her with our orders. Many people might have been burdened with it but she used it as comedic material to engage with us in the best way. Worst meal I have had in a very very long time. If I could have given a negative answer I would have. Thank you for acknowledging my review. The manager on duty took my meal off our bill. Which was appreciated, but the fact was the meal was cold, the meat had been cooked and recooked. . I specifically asked for my brocolli to be cooked very well, it came out hard and cold. Typical sports bar food. Ok, but nothing spectacular. BOB tends to be consistent regardless of location. Servers seemed a little short handed, but very friendly. Restrooms needed attention. Kid-friendliness: Perfect food for kids... burgers, fries, chicken strips, quesadillas... Service: Dine in
