Beheko Plaza Zumaia

three adult children came to lunch, as we had heard good reviews. we went to an almost empty restaurant. the young waitress totally ignored us when we arrived and we had to call them to serve us. she never said a word .no greets nothing - she was extremely unfriendly and annoying and seemed upset when she had to come and serve us. my daughter and I felt very uncomfortable in her presence. she threw everything on the table and I really felt like going before eating arrived. When my sweet starter arrived, it was tasteless and swimming in oil. the fish main course was cold and raw and I (bravely) asked the waitress to re-cooked it again. she still looked annoying at this extra work I had given her, and I am not sure why she was ever employed as a waitress, as she clearly rejects her job and the customers are just an annoying for her. watered rice pudding to finish. a good eating with the most terrible service I have ever received in my life. I think the other tripadvisor visit reviews must have been made on their day with another cook in service!

Estoy seguro de que si vas a zumaia no pensarías en ir a casa del pensionista, pero es un restaurante muy recomendado; sí, el servicio es bastante lento. tiene un excelente menú del día durante 12€, y otro menú "flysch" por 35€ se encuentra frente al puerto deportivo, en el otro lado del río urola. La plaza beheko se caracteriza por utilizar en los platos productos kilometro cero, es decir, totalmente local se especializa en la cocina vasca tradicional, con influencias de la gastronomía italiana (origen del chef andoni txintxilla) y una presentación de 10. Prueba pescados y mariscos súper frescos, y carnes preparadas en la parrilla de carbón.

very friendly place with great fishing. pfeffer to begin were among the best we had on our trip. the waitress did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and the price was far less than most of our meals in Spain. it even came. a drink, (beer or wine) and dessert. great experience. we tried to go back the second time, but it was closed for the night, (Monday)

Summary of food: pork cheek with pesto succulent and frechen aromen. rib of bark meat filled with taste and enough to divide between two pork bauch very tender, but I say the ripp of bark saw better eat neid I fear. the mixed salad was great. total good service, good eating and a very pleasant eating

people really beautiful and the food and service excellent. good rate quality price. beautiful place the fish is recommended and also the pintxos.
