Ich habe bei Ulla schon gegessen als ich noch auf die OzD (Schule in der Nähe) gegangen bin, und das ist deutlich über 30 Jahre her. Und seitdem hat sich nichts wesentliches geändert - und das ist gut. Lübeckern muss man Ulla sowieso nicht erklären, aber da ich selber weggezogen bin, weiß ich warum man in Lübeck Ulla "normal" findet - aber, wenn man von außerhalb kommt, hier einen echten Schatz findet:Das, was man bei Ulla zu Essen bekommt, gibt es bei uns hier in Frankfurt meistens am Imbiss. Also Currywurst, Schaschlik, Chicken Nuggets für Kinder, Camembert und solche Dinge. Nur bei Ulla werden diese Gerichte zur Delikatesse. Na gut, sie werden zu einer echten Speise. This place offers really great old school Curry Wurst (curry sausage), Schaschlik (wooden stick with meat, onions and peppers), Pommes (French Fries), Bratkartoffeln (roasted potato slices) etc. It is a good place to stop by and get some good local food without any fancy stuff....Same time it is absolutely affordable. Service is friendly and swift. If you are at Lübeck and starving or just hungry for some original local food, take the time to stop by and eat something inside or if weather permits on the terrace in front of the place.
Excellent and cosy small pub/restaurant. Busy but very friendly staff. Very good German style food, excellent Schnitzel and Currywurst. Good house-wines and overall pricing was reasonable. Pub was quite full, as good ones always do. Good vibes, nice atmosphere, surely worth of going and I...will go again when visiting Lübeck. Not a luxury, but I was looking for an authentic German style of bar and got more than I expected.
An einem regnerischen Spätnachmittags bei Ulla...Am Tresen ein paar Stammgäste die die Welt retten.Eine Karte brauche ich nicht.Currywurst Pommes und ein großes Köpi und die Welt ist in Ordnung .Gut...Pommes waren mal mehr(die von 2 Portionen gab es früher mal für einen)der Rest stimmt aber...Wie immer.!!!

Great cozy place with really tasty food but this is ruined by the awful smell of the toilets that can even be smelt in the restaurant area. Very off putting and makes you question the hygiene as the smell of sewage is wafting by when...eating.
Familienfreundliches Lokal, wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Das Essen war sehr lecker, ausreichende Portionen. Wir haben Schnitzel und Currywurst probiert, beides war frisch und gut.
The staff was really nice and we didn’t have to wait long for drinks or food. Tried the schnitzel and it was very tasty! Price worthy as well
det virker som et sted med mange stamkunder og med de priser vi så, så er det bestemt ingen overraskelse. Betjeningen var også fin.

Well run eatery and bar. Fabulous Goulash soup. Gorgeous sausages and home cooking. Not to mention the beer and great atmosphere.
At Ulla there has been since I can think.Hat real tradition and is simply super tasty and cozy there.
