Beijing Hot Pot

Update: I went to Beijing Hotpot almost every week since I wrote a review above. I loved the place. The owner (I am not sure if he was the owner) was great, the service was not the best, but we loved the food and taste. They were closed in August, so we were excited to go back when they came back in September, I must say that it was a great disappointment. You forgot some orders, everything was late. We only have the meat for 1 hour and never got the vegetables in time. The server was careless about all problems. When we asked what was wrong, she said a 17-year-old tried to train in the kitchen, which made no sense. I think her original cook went. Or maybe he hasn't returned from vacation yet. It was the worst experience in this beautiful place I used to enjoy. The server left some additional items on the entrance and when we were asked to be removed, it took another 15 minutes to fix it. It was the first time I would leave 0% tip, which I would never do. I've left more than 25% there all the time and I've put them on all my friends. Overall, this time was a disaster. I want to get back when they fix all these problems. I look forward to better service, better cuisine and better customer experience. The way they recently serve is simply unacceptable. Old review: Try You this place! The staff is so friendly. The food is amazing. Try hot broth! Skewedes beef and shrimp are highly recommended. Scallion pancake is a must. Beef Combo is amazing. If you have combo, you have all the vegetables that will be more than enough. Udon Nudel is delicious in the pot. And also try their homemade hot sauce. It's from heaven! Bubble tea is also delicious here. If you are in Rutherford, try it here!

Delicious Hot Pot food. What a great addition to the ?downtown? Rutherford area. Located in a cozy spot right at The Williams Center plaza, the food and service was great. Family owned style hot pot, and finally had gotten a chance to try after opening and we were in for a treat. Their bubble tea is a steal, and their grill menu items come in skewers which are perfect if you want something lean and affordable priced. Their hot pot is really one-of-a-kind in the area and really diversifies the choices in Rutherford which I love and the broth really is tasty. My wife and I tried one of their meat hot pots and it came out fresh and ready to be cooked and we were really impressed with the quality of food in such a cozy little space. Definitely coming back.

BLUF: Wonderful Hot Pot restaurant with awesome food choices and a lovely staff. AMAZING!!! My husband and I just moved to the area and have been trying out some of the local restaurants. This has to be our favorite one so far. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! Pros: Quick service Super friendly staff HEAVENLY food Super clean Cons: I am SO FULL and wish I could eat more Ordered: Beef combo Spicy broth Garlic sauce, chili sauce, and sesame sauce Added on bok choy, black fungus, Napa cabbage I will be bringing all of my friends and family here. If you?ve never had hot pot, this is the place to pop your hot pot cherry! And if you have had it before, surely you will be 100% satisfied!

It was an excellent experience, our waitress was amazing, the place is BYOB, so we brought a bottle of wine. The broth and sauces were very tasty, and the vegetables with the proteins were super fresh. If you go, try to get sesame, soya and garlic sauces and combine them, it is a game changer. Her peach bubble tea was really good, tapioca very chewing, and the drink was not too sweet, which is a great balance for the taste. I definitely come back.

Had the spicy broth with the lamb combo and scone added beef and enoki mushrooms. Topped off with a peach boba tea all for under$30. Everything was great! I especially love the individual hot pots. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.
