I can only say this is one of the best Lebanese bakeries I have come across in Sydney. I have family that lives in the eastern suburbs and have a constant supply of bread from this bakery. I dream of it when I am out!
Hubby and I travel from Nth Sydney for their bread...it's always been the freshest, longest-keeping and tastiest bread. Hubby is Lebanese, he won't buy from anywhere else and I have to say I agree with him.
In our opinion this is the place to get the best Lebanese bread in Sydney. We travel to Granville at least one a week for bread supplies despite closer bakeries. Get it while it is hot, its the best.
We have tried all the Arabic bakeries and this one tops them all. We travel weekly to this bakery to get our weekly bread for the last twenty years, it's a bit pricy but well worth it.
