I am not sure what is happening to this restaurant. Used to be the best Mediterranean restaurant in the Downriver area. But in the last 3 years, things have been steadily declining. We would order from there at least 3 times a month. Used to love the oven bread with the Hummus. When you ordered a large Hummus with oven bread, they would give you about 6 pieces of oven bread AS WELL AS flat bread with it. This is a LARGE Hummus, after all. But the last few years the bread has not been as good, and you now only get 4 pieces of oven bread and NO flat bread. Not sure what kind of a flour shortage we have right now, but that is ridiculous. This is my favorite local Middle Eastern restaurant. They bake their own fresh pita, serve it hot with garlic dip or creamy hummus, and it’s so good! Portion sizes are generous, so whether I’m dining in or ordering for pick up, there’s always enough left for another meal. My current favorite is the Mujadara (lentil dish), but everything I’ve tried has been delicious.
This spinach cake was one of the largest I have ever seen, but it was wet and lacked flavor. The salad had burnt chips and was bland. The only good thing was the meat and rice. The spinach cake should be smaller. Overall, it was just okay. The passion was lacking.
First time going there and the food was tasteless no flavor and too much lemon juice in their salad dressing and garlic spread and the garlic was missing. I will never return.

I have tried to find a Mediterranean restaurant that simply gets it on every level and that is it! Consistently eating is amazing and tasty, I hope they never close.
I was thrilled to discover that this place has reopened. I absolutely adore dining here; it's one of my favorites, after all.
Food is excellent but the service is very bad ?The waiter was rude and he gave us poor service!!
