At the beginning of the last month we visited Bremerhaven on Sunday. The weather was very nice, we went a little through the city and the marina. Afterwards we looked around in the opened Mediterraneo shopping centre. After the many walks and bends, hunger finally came. The Italian restaurant Bel Mondo is located in the shopping centre. Actually we rarely visit Italian restaurants, but this time it should be something from Italian cuisine. With some luck we can get a free space on the large terrace. Just ok. We came for some deserts and nothing looked like the pictures on the menu. I ordered a strawberry dream and it didn't have a single real strawberry, just strawberry sauce. After complaining they did add some but still just average and the price a wee high for the quality. I'd recommend you look somewhere else.
Recommended. Good place for have a family time together, they have enough baby chair and good kids menu. Foods were so delicious and tasty. Staff are very Nice and friendly. You can pay with card and cash. Only negative point was, no changing room for babies which is only concern for family with small baby.
Very slow service. 30 minutes waiting time no respect.for customers. The quality of chocolate ice cream that we ordered were awful. They costed us 18 Euros. I wish I would throw away the money, it made more sense than buying those ice cream. Never again.

Loved the pizza and gnocchi. Drinks selection a bit limited, more than one Pilsner beer would be good (Jever ideally) but very good service.
Terrible cappuccino, horrible milk foam from an automatic machine. Disgusting, drinkable only in an emergency.
