Open 7 days a week and early mornings, most customers come in for a quick beverage and/or a pastry to go while some have a seat at the round bar or at one of the window seats. There are also sidewalk tables at both sides...of the entrance and under the building over hang. At lunchtime, many of the school kids come by for a cheap from the backside take-away window then head over to the lake on nice weather days to enjoy their lunch and views. I was rather surprised they carried soy milk, and thus partook in a soy milk hot chocolate and a cherry pastry (8.60CHF), while the follow-up visit I ordered the plum dessert, both were fresh and delicious. They carry muesli, soup, sandwiches, pastries, snacks and retail items in addition to the take-away pizza window. My server, Constantine, was very nice and professional. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, greeted you acknowledged you upon entering and all this so early in the morning. My second visit was just as good; as a young lady assisted me, sorry I did not get her name. If dining inside, I would advise to pay for your purchase upon ordering as the place has a very high volume of customers and the staff can get very busy making their tasty hot beverages, so it may take a moment to get your bill but they are still efficient. There is a newspaper and magazines rack, Wi-Fi, and a frequent visitor stamp card system. Though they do not have restrooms inside, just ask the staff and they will give you a receipt for free entry and access to use at the pay toilets on the opposite platform. Overall, a surprising and impressive visit. I will certainly visit again and Highly recommend.

My husband and I were out looking for a quick place to eat after a long day of traveling. We stumbled across Belcafe. It looked busy with people from the area so we decided to give it a try. We ordered a 14 pizza to...share, a beer and a glass of Melbec, the bill was just under 20 Swiss francs. The young lady who helped us was very polite, personable and spoke English. Good service and tasty pizza. Crust thin and tasted excellent, my husband who never eats the crust finished mine. Not overly cheesy, good ratio of crust, cheese and sauce. Not the most romantic place but great for people watching as we sat outside. Very interesting and fun assortment of people at night.

We have been going here for over 10 years. It has first class coffee, with a great selection of sandwiches and pastries. For Zürich standards, the prices are not so bad. The staff here are very friendly, professional and helpful. It's great to stop off...and have a cup of coffee and a gipfeli (croissant). For those that like to indulge, they have a liquor licence and there is a good range of wines and spirits. Highly recommended.

It's a kiosk style place to get pizza take away. Cheap prices, good taste, no complications just order, wait 5 min for your pizza and go. Great!
