Erin created the most stunning cake for our wedding- it truly was an artform, and we still can't believe how wonderful it turned out. In addition, it was absolutely delicious- both flavors chosen were perfectly balanced (coconut with passionfruit curd and hazelnut with chocolate ganache/salted caramel buttercream), and the texture was moist and dense. She also provided the most delectable salted chocolate chip cookies which I still think about daily... Thank you Erin!
