We were on a Saturday to the day trip in Bad Kreuznach. When we got hungry we were looking for a suitable restaurant. We noticed the Bella Italia and we liked it right away. As the surrounding restaurants filled so slowly, we quickly settled down. Cosy Italian restaurant with great terrace and very nice interior. The service was very attentive and friendly from the beginning to the end. We also found that there was fresh bread and inlaid olives for dipping. We were a party of on our one hour lunch break. We sat down and asked if it is possible to get four pizzas within our time. The waiter confirmed. As there were only tables occupied, it did not seem like an impossible...task. later we still did not have our food. The waiter told us to wait for another which we could not. We were disappointed, had to leave and canceled our order. The waiter did not seem to care much. Not even an apology...
