"Had a meal in a group of 6. Food snd service was fantastic! Used my Tesco Boost vouchers but wasn't able to use them with the set menu. It was still a great value meal, I want to go back to try some different things from the menu!"

Terrible terrible avoid avoid. Food was rubbish and service very slow. My husband had a vegetarian pizza with 4 small pieces of mushrooms on top, I had a mushrooms pasta. Pasta was dry and undercooked. My eldest pasta food looked like reheated, we had our food but had to wait 30 minutes for my youngest mini pizza which she then said didn't taste nice. Then waited a further 30 minutes for a couple of ice creams for the kids and ended up finding a bit of plastic in my daughter's ice cream. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the dirty glass I was given with the mark of lipstick from someone else. Will not go back ever again. Would prefer PIZZA Express 1000 times over this one. After complaining they said our drinks were free but still no excuse as had to get home and give my kids a proper dinner as they were still hungry. avoid avoid avoid
great discovery! wasn't in a bella for years, but we would let it go today. beautiful living atmosphere and fast eating. pastas were delicious and hot, and pizza was also great. was taken care of at our visit to a woman called rust. was super friendly and was great also the children, they love the Geleto-Kart. many thanks, will come back soon
Came in on a very very busy Saturday without a reservation. Was seated straight away regardless. Was served by the lovely Rachel, was serving many tables but always treated us like we were her only one with a big smile on her face and even found time to chat. Carbonara and Lasagna were bang on. Top marks!!
Rather disappointing food. Waiting staff very pleasant and attentive, pasta cooked nicely enough however, Ox Cheek Ragu was watery, very bland, lacking taste and hardly any meat content. Toilets minging, obviously hadn't been checked for some time. Shall not be in a hurry to return.
