Updated review: I was contacted by the Bella Vista Manager after posting my review. He was apologetic and offered us a partial refund for the evening and a complementary Sunday buffet when we?re back in the area. Even though this doesn?t change the experience I appreciate that they?re aware that the evening could?ve been improved and how to do it. Seems they?re headed in the right direction. I would just call beforehand and check on their menu and position of your table, outside is the nicest or next to a fireplace inside. We went to Valentine's Day. They had a set menu of 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. We knew the price before the time. But also, for the price we paid, and for the amount of people they had occupied, I feel like we have always waited. In the first hour I wondered as if they had nothing to do, and in the last hour I saw all the other people waiting for their food. We spent 3 hours there just because it took 45 minutes to get our next meal. I feel like we only started getting attention when I waited my watch for so long.
