Es begann mit der Frage nach dem Zugang zur Besucherzerrase, das er uns nicht gefragt hat ob wir bescheuert sind, fehlte noch. Zur Aufnahme der Bestellung hat sich lange niemand berufen gefühlt. Der Kaffee war dann aber die Krönung. Jacobs Krönung. Keine Ahnung was man einer Kaffeemaschine antun muss dass sie so einen ekligen Kaffee herstellt. Heiss wie gebrüht auf der Sonne und mit Kondensmilch obwohl ein Cappuccino bestellt und bezahlt wurde. Hier hat die Systemgastronomie mal wieder genommen und emotionale Gastronomie verloren
