Terrible service. I've ordered multiple times, and after confirming my order, they have messed it up on several occasions. I understand that mistakes happen, but they always claim they owe me. When I tried to clarify the situation with one of the employees, he just said they didn't have what I wanted. I requested that they call me next time so I could adjust my order, and they agreed but never followed through. When I finally asked for a refund instead of just accepting their empty promises, they went out of their way to deliver a sandwich to me.
The sandwiches are fantastic, and the staff is friendly and professional. However, it is a bit pricey. I found parking to be very difficult during the afternoon; I’ve been there once, and if you’re not a fan of parallel parking, this place might not be for you! The staff mentioned there’s additional parking in the back, but I haven't spotted it yet. Additionally, I’m not particularly fond of the traffic in this area!
These people need to learn some manners. Rude and obnoxious would be putting it mildly. It's all about the customer service. And here once again, we have a business that acts like they are doing you a favor being here. Your slicing salami not curing brain cancer.
I work in the area and get my breakfast there and I am never disappointed. They are friendly and fast. The few times I have ordered lunch I have enjoyed it. Nice portion sizes and decent prices.

This quaint deli has an extensive menu. From the tasty bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast to their hot plates and the best foot-long heroes, everything is absolutely delicious!
We have ordered catering from them multiple times. The food is fresh, abundant and delicious. And, they deliver!
