Pizzeria Bellariva is in my opinion a family restaurant. It is run by 4 brothers and you can see them working just like anyone else. The restaurant is located right next to the TCS Camping Gordevio Vallemaggia . Lot of families with children come to restaurant and there is a place where the kids can play while the food is ready. Food is great and the atmosphere is superb. My favorite orders were the pasta aglio olio peperoncino and the pizza bellariva. You can order half portion of pasta as appetizer and then finish with a fabolous pizza. The Waitstaff is very friendly and helpful, even the cooks sometime interact wit the guests. Etwas rustikales Ambiente, aber Chef persönlich hat uns begrüsst, uns einen Tisch gegeben und sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Unsere bestellte Pizza kam flott und war sehr lecker. Und auch die 500 ml Citro hatte tatsächlich noch Kohlensäure drin. Das haben teurere Restaurants schon alles viel schlechter hinbekommen. Daumen hoch von mir!
Very well renovated restaurant, warm and welcoming environment, friendly and professional staff. We ate 4 very good pizzas, thin and well cooked, the only flaw was the size, which in my opinion was insufficient for a slightly hungry adult. Average prices for restaurants in the Locarno area.
