The reason I'm giving a one-star not for the customer service it's for those slot machines they have you don't win nothing the last time I ever had anything probably would be coming up on just about a year ago in December I don't recommend it but the help that works there their fantastic people but if you want to go gambling that's not a place where you're going to make anything you're going to lose
The machines were cramped. The older gentleman at the counter appeared annoyed when I ordered a beer and had to scramble to find change because there was none in the register. After losing for an hour, I returned my empty bottle to him, only to find he was dozing in a chair behind the counter. You really can’t make this kind of stuff up.
Tight machines. Old guy seemed bothered that I ordered a beer and needed to get me change cause he had none in the register. An hour later after losing, I brought him back my empty bottle and he was sitting in a chair behind the counter asleep. You really can't make this kinda stuff up.
Went there and the Ladies that work there are nice but they need to tell these 2 old husband and wife they cannot play 2 machines at once. they play one machine and reserve the other machine and don't play it until they are done and NOT FAIR to us other guests. Reserva una mesa ahora
I visited the place to try out the machines and enjoy a cold beer. However, the grumpy old man informed me that he would be closing in 25 minutes and refused to serve me a beer. It would take a miracle for me to return.
Great service! A big shoutout to Chele and two friendly older gentlemen—one’s name is slipping my mind, but I think the other is Doug. There’s usually a game on the TV, and the machines seem to be in good working order.
One lazy old guy sitting behind the counter doing nothing but watching tv, doesn’t acknowledge anybody if you’re going to have the TIGHTEST MACHINES in the county you’d better have good employees
