I was a bit skeptical when friends recommended me taking a long taxi ride to Maloja just for some sausages. Well, since I am a carnivore I was intrigued.. What I got was the ultimate carnivores delight! The amuse bouche was a home made dried deer to perfection. The flavor had the smoky hint I was looking for and the texture and bite was imply excellent. We then went for the Carpaccio, since I am a big fan of raw meat. I loved every bit of it although it had a tiny hint of selery too much for me. However, as I learned, don't be shy to tell them the things you don't like.
