This is a smaller one. I frankly accidently ordered at the Niles one because I thought I was calling the Cortland one. There is no comparison. The Niles one, something is definitely off regarding the quality of the pizza. I don't know what it is, but when I eat the version, such as their half sheet at Cortland location, the pizza tastes fresh, the bread is thick and hearty and the sauce is tangy and sweet. At the Niles location, something is seriously missing. The flavor is bland, the pizza is too light, not as hearty and feels cheap. I reached out to the female manager, who was polite and explained that, due to a computer issue during my last visit, they accidentally processed my order again. She confirmed that I was charged twice and assured me she would resolve the issue and get back to me. However, despite calling about seven times and leaving messages, I've yet to speak with a manager or receive any follow-up.

I had reviewed the chicken bacon ranch with a side of ravioli and the cheese puff which was all about 17 dollars it was good for the price and the amount of food you get will fill you up. The issue is the waittime cause of it being short staffed. But if you have time to wait it worth it in the end. They also don't have the supplies like napkins and plastic ware so I would beware of that otherwise it a good local chain if you order threw them directly and not mobile they don't have the staff to upkeep the major demands.
I got the 12 Buffalo chicken pizza last Friday. It was Really good even though they were slammed. Took about 45 minutes for pick up.I got it again yesterday (thursday) and it wasn't. There was almost No Buffalo sauce at all. And it was done in 15 minutes, they weren't busy at all.Why isn't it consistent? Also why don't they cut the chicken anymore before putting it in the salads and then putting stuff on top so it's hard to get to it and cut it?

I love their food but the service has been bad lately my mom ordered me food today and they was really rude never have I not been waiting for my food or not anwsered when they called it was here at my apartment. I'm usually waiting.One time wasn't waiting n they just eat it. Sad they doing this said wasny gonna deliver to me no more I heard the person telling my sister this.Guess will have find somewhere else to order from.
I had a truly wonderful experience at this Belleria! Having just moved to the area, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and very accommodating with all my questions. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I'm so glad I discovered this place, and I will definitely be ordering from here regularly!
I received a burned pizza, and when I tried to return it, the manager, Joella, at the Niles location actually claimed that this was how their ovens cook the pizza! It's unbelievable! Does she really think customers are that naive? I will never go back!
They were so nice and helpful!! Their delivery driver was excellent. She was polite , helpful and sweet. The pizza was excellent as it always is ! Thank you and keep up the excellent work!!
