We made our reservation in the Michelin App and read several of the reviews so were expecting an exciting dinner ! The restaurant is situated in a beautiful position overlooking the spectacular sand banks in Le Crotoy! The evening was particularly warm and sunny so...we decided to sit indoors. There were only two waitrons on duty and service was no fast but acceptable and wine water bread and food did all take a while but we decided that it was a relaxed evening. As the sun set during the evening, the views were spectacular at one point most of...the tables emptied as the diners ran outside to capture one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever witnessed. The service tonight was exemplary. The food was to die for. My smoked mackerel was just divine, and served sliced on top of its own skin, together with some well balanced salad. return along the coastlines from etaples to pays de bray in the pouring rain we passed over this isolated restaurant with view of the bay. a warm welcome, friendly friendly and friendly waiting staff in a well-equipped cozy restaurant. a simple, uncomplicated menu from which we. the fish of the day have selected a cable family fillet on whistle and saphir with a delicious broth with a good asace riesling. I chose roasted apricots with zitrus sponge and a sorbet I found was the only light disappointment; the apricots could have warmed and finished with a flame to caramelize them. all in all a real sound and a real worth.
we just had a very bad experience with this restaurant. we spend the weekend in the region and wanted to eat there for saturday. we have tried to call all day off, but no one has picked up the phone and always the same. botschaft, which demands the reservation by their website. at the end we did it and made a reservation, but someone has canceled it overnight and we have the info in the late morning and again tried to call the restaurant, but no answer at all. we have decided to go there and once came the dame told us arrogant that it is a long weekend so they manage on this wise.

This restaurant is somewhat outside the city center of Le Crotoy. We had high expectation. But the moijto ordered as an apetizer was not fresh at all (it was as it came from a ready-made-bottle). The smoked salmon, as an entry, was fresh but not...very original. Our main course was on the other side great: risotto with bar fish. Very well made and fresh. The chocolate mouse was ok but there was something with the meringues. Do you see some positive things, but also some negative points.
Food is great, service too. They were very accommodating (my wife is pregnant so we had lots of questions), and the food was great. They have a menu for eurso where you get a starter, main course and dessert that I would totally recommend....They have also a blackboard in the dining room where they indicate the provenance of each ingredient. Too bad we went for dinner and there was no light, cause the view of the sea must be wonderful.
This restaurant is a bit further away north of the small city center of Le Crotoy, it is located on the beach. You may not see the water depending on the tide but the view with sand up to the horizon is still exceptional. The...food is delicious, based mainly on sea food. It is a short menu but it is extra fresh and cooked with delicacy. The indoor is modern, pretty and extra clean. Great restaurant and good value for price paid.
We visited on my husbands Birthday, had a lovely table with a view, although they do ensure all tables have some sort of view. Kir royals to start and the euro set menu, highly recommended, a special and delicious dining experience. Service friendly...and professional but not intrusive, would definately go back on our next visit to Le Crotoy.

from outside it looks like a normal not so fashionable restaurant, but eating was simply great. we had a whistle as a starter. a huge part with a big taste. my wife and I had both another fish and both were very well prepared....price/quality excellent.
