I had to pay a deposit for a table of which I didn’t mind as it’s a lot of people and I know they will be worried about...drop outs.. I get it! So what I can’t understand is knowing that they have a large (I mean it’s not the biggest table in the world) group of people coming why it took minutes for our drinks to arrive. visited for eating and drinks with friends. burgers were out of the menu because of a problem with the gas so ordered the chili cheese dog and chips that came and it was a bit a snag, low quality tinted/jar...hot dog, with bland chili and pre-burdened cheese that had not melted, fries ok but I would be very surprised to put a quid together. beer selection was good, but expensive and ordered a limonade and limette at the arrival that I saw a waitress pouring out a waitrose essential bottle, it was flat and came in a robbery that is crazy imo! If you want to calculate higher prices, please make sure that the quality of your food and refreshment drinks corresponds to your beer! very subdued
It was OK, but things annoyed me about this stay: There were no towels to rent and little possibility of having one for the morning.....Just what planning does it need to get a guest towel for renting The kep card was deposit so I asked if I handed it back in the morning, would I get my money back she advised the housekeeper would be there all the time, so no problem. I asked again if the person would be there at am when I had to leave hardly a surprise to find no housekeeper despite me knocking on the doors and windows for a long time. This is not the level of service I got at Waverley Edinburgh or London Borough Market, so not at all impressed by their lack of customer care...
visited this quantity, daring simple pub on the eve of my jubilee with my favorite loved eryka. could not have asked for more, but the waiter I remember how the name “Louis” really shy a light on our time here. he recommended. the drink “Margarita”. first I was understandable, but it soon went like a tasty bite. louis filled us both with goodwill. I recommend this pub for everyone. louis was a leak for old eyes I have to admit. but the pub itself was valuable. thank you for an evening I don't forget!

we went to drink and asked if the happy hours were still available and they answered yes. we had charged the full price, and when we noticed that we sent the complaint to their e-mail address and they answered that we had refund. we had never...it had to provide details (from [email protected]) we are now in a mar
staff aren’t in an obvious uniform, not approachable. Asked if I could order at the bar because the app wasn’t working as per to which they said yes and then walked off to do something else. Recommend getting a proper uniform or tag and...smiling at customer so they know who they are approaching?
Despite booking ahead and paying a booking fee the customer service was borderline non existent they made a mistake with our orders and despite being polite and understanding the staff were then rude about it and refused to apologise or take any responsibility for it...awful experience.
Went here to watch some football. Very good atmosphere and range of well priced and tasty drinks. Lauren provided great service added to the atmosphere and gave great advice on what drinks to get. Other staff were pleasant too! Thanks Lauren and team!

Loud bar, sticky tables, people doing substances in the toilets. If you’re over or not an instagrammer, don’t bother. No happy hour on the weekend. Food had no flavour. Cocktails are ok but cheaper and nicer elsewhere, they’re taken from a pre-mix.
