Ben Florentine - Reserva de mesa

I visited the restaurant on Friday, October 14th, 2023, at 11 AM and ordered the Florentine Eggs Benedict. Despite the two servers attending to a full house, the service felt frantic and chaotic as they hurried about. Unfortunately, my food arrived cold; the eggs and hollandaise sauce were only lukewarm, and the grated cheese wasn't melted at all. The English muffins were hard and stale, lacking the proper toasting. The potatoes appeared to be reheated—although they might have been fresh in the morning, they turned out dry and tough. While most of the fruit was acceptable, the pineapples were brown, soft, and mushy. Considering the meal cost $18, I left feeling quite disappointed.

This restaurant used to be much better. Sadly, the quality of the food has declined significantly. The fruit appeared to have been refrigerated for several days, while the bacon and sausages were overly dry and tough to chew. I couldn't help but wonder if they had been pre-cooked and just reheated. Considering the food quality, the prices are too high. I won't be returning. Sorry.

I truly adore this restaurant! The breakfast offerings are fantastic, featuring tasty and unique combinations that really shine. Their smoothies are also a real treat. Having breakfast here is always a pleasure. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It can get quite busy during weekend brunch, but we're more than happy to wait for a table!

I won't be going back. The owner is quite aggressive, which creates a stressful environment for the staff. Additionally, I observed them using the same cloth to wipe down tables that they used to clean the floor. I can't recommend this place. Everything was fantastic and surpassed my expectations. The eggs were cooked beautifully, the portions were abundant, and our waitress was prompt and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the cretons and beans. My gluten-free wife was also happy with the choices available to her.
