We went to this establishment on a Saturday morning at 9 AM. The place was relatively empty and we waited for 5 minutes before someone showed us to a booth ! Service is very friendly but terribly slow. Now for the food....if you want to be disgusted then this is the place for you. Breakfast is difficult to screw up but this place excels at failure. Runny half cooked eggs, RAW bacon (looked boiled), cold sausage and ICE cold toast. We tried (we really did) to pretend that everything was ok....but we were all completely disgusted. Not wanting to create a fuss on a nice Saturday morning we asked for the bill (another 5 min wait) and left our plates relatively untouched. There are several GOOD b...

Carlon won us over from the minute he began delivering his personal touch professional top rate service. Charming and completely natural Carlon made our day. A top notch server is on the frontline of ensuring customer satisfaction . This cannot be achieved without the whole team who also deserve credit for excellence. The establishment was clean and the food was exactly as presented in the menu surpassing in flavour especially the skillet Breakfast dishes ( Veggie & Quinoa, Mexican and 3 meats) with larger than life portions everyone of my family left with a smile on their face. The 6 grain Breakfast Sandwich with guacamole, goats cheese and bacon was exquisite . We are sold on Ben & Florent...

Very nice experience I had a family group of 21 people Tania the manager was very helpful in helping me gave me a nice space in the back of the restaurant which gave as privacy service was excellent food was delicious a big array of choices hat’s off to the chef everything was great everyone enjoyed the food! We were never rushed ! Our waitress was excellent unfortunately I don’t know her name!We will definitely return this was the only restaurant that took reservations accomadated a large group!

I had a great experience with a new waitress who provided excellent service and was very friendly. The food was fantastic, especially the pulled ham eggs benedict. Best breakfast place in the West Island! There is a good variety on the menu and every visit here has been pleasant. Our waitress Charlotte took great care of us, and she's the one who put us onto the Firebarns sauces?

The waffle is not as good as it used to be - it's dry and not fluffy at all. The service was slow.
