Ben & Florentine Victoriaville

To celebrate the end of our vacation, we decided to go to Ben et Florentine in Victoriaville. We are regulars at the chain but this one is far superior to the other places we visited.The staff is welcoming and attentive to customers. The little touches from our waitress Vicky made this experience more enjoyable.Finally, I tip my hat to the kitchen staff. The presentation of our plates were photogenic and close to the images on the menu. There was no error in the goods! In addition, the cooking was on point, the quality of the food was ideal, I leave this restaurant full and satisfied.By far the best Ben and Florentine in Quebec!

The vegetable and mimosa casserole was excellent! I was very satisfied with my meal. It was a little noisy, but that was a minor detail. They offer high chairs and booster seats, making it kid-friendly.

We went to Victoriaville on October 8. The food is good but the atmosphere is very ordinary, no hello, no smile and a service that is to be desired.
