We don't have a Ben & Jerry's in our hometown, so discovering this stand in the mall food court was a delightful surprise. On a Saturday night, one young man was working solo and did his utmost to keep the line moving. He even had to manage some wandering kids who slipped into the stand while their parents were distracted on their phones. The ice cream that evening was just average, but I would give the young man at the stand a solid 5 stars for his effort.
I absolutely love the shakes from this place! Erica (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) was incredibly friendly and professional. I arrived shortly after using a voucher, and when the system wouldn’t accept my card, they kindly covered the difference with their own coins. Also, make sure to wash your hands and maintain cleanliness and sanitation. Both Erica and Mike are exceptional employees who truly care about customer service.
On a sweltering day with temperatures reaching 100 degrees, the restaurant in the food court was packed with people looking to cool off. You can’t miss this place! Usually, I go for vanilla, but today I decided to try the coconut flavors, and they were absolutely delicious.

I visited this restaurant while shopping at the mall, and I was impressed by how nice and friendly the staff were. They were very patient while I figured out what to order and even shared their favorite dishes with me. I look forward to coming back!
On a day when the temperature outside was 100 degrees packed with people wanting to cool off. Located in the food court and you can’t miss it. I always have vanilla but today tried the several flavors of coconut and it was delicious .
Arrived before 8:30 and both employees stated the hours on the kiosk were pre-covid hours and they don’t close at 9. Meaning they must close at 8 although hours on google and the sign state 9.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Being here for the first time and because of their service, I will definitely be back. Ice was great and filled. Thank you, Ben and Jerry. Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff is often unavailable, the service is disappointing, and many flavors are frequently out of stock. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place.
