"We recently dined at this restaurant and were impressed by the coloring sheet provided with crayons for kids. The kids menu had a great selection of pizza and pasta options. The service was top-notch, earning a 5-star rating from us. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, also receiving a 5-star rating. As for the food, it was delicious with standout dishes including the Straus Soft Serve Ice Cream, Sage Pizza, Benchmark Pizza, and Chopped Salad. My experience at the restaurant was delightful. We ordered the Benchmark Pizza with Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as well as the Sausage Pizza with Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Red Onions, Yellow Gypsy Peppers, and Grana. Both pizzas were absolutely delicious, with amazing flavors. The indoor seating is a bit limited, but the cozy atmosphere only adds to the overall charm of the dining experience.

I recently dined in at this restaurant and was impressed, but this time I ordered takeout one night. I got pasta with meatballs and a Caesar salad. The pasta was hot, I'll give them that, but it tasted like canned tomato sauce. The Caesar salad was dry, with a tiny container of dressing that lacked garlic. Overall, a very disappointing experience for the price of $50.
I'd love to give 4 stars because the food is so delicious. But the service, every time we've gone, is just so sub-par. The servers seem so distracted or confused. Parts of our order have been missing. Timing is off. It's strange. The food is so good but it's hard to keep returning when the service is so poor. Too bad.
