Was really pleased with this hotel. My score is actually 4.5*. Location was perfect for us central to the old and new town as well as the beach. Hotel itself was spotless and staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom has hairdryer and good amenities (photos attached). Beds really comfortable. Maybe 2 spare pillows with the blankets in the wardrobe would be a good idea but generally good quality bedding and comfortable mattress. Nice lighting and tasteful decor. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a fridge. The free gift of a hotel mug was a nice surprise too. Plenty of clothes storage and coat hangers. There’s a TV but we didn’t use it. Myself and my partner decide to come to benidorm and choose benidorm plaza when looking at reviews was a little hesitate but we found that the hotel was pretty good excellent customer service in the restaurant only thing I would say was that chips was serviced alot apart from that the food was really good .The weather was really hot so a refreshing dip in the pool was perfect pool was a little bit small but would do . The waiter at the bar I didn't get his name but u can't miss him he's jolly and alot of fun if the only crictise I could say was the entertainment espically at night alot of singers but that's the nature of the beast and alot of it was in Spanish. Staff are lovely, so helpful, waiters in restaurant and bar are brilliant. Reception staff are lovely and rooms are cleaned every day unless you put a sign on your door., pool is warm. That's about it. Reasons for not being a 4 star. Breakfast is cold. Evening meal not till 8pm. ??? You need to be in at 8pm if you want it hot to warm. You have to buy refills of tea and coffee at €5 per day for your room. ???. (Brought my own). You have to pay for safe and pool towels.
El Restaurante, de 10 , menus variados y buena calidad la amabilidad de los camareros es lo mejor, siempre atentos yo tengo varias alergias , y me ayudaron en todo momento, despues de cenar la cafeteria otro 10 con sus camareros atentos y muy profesionales y que decir del animador José, super entregado a todos,musica de ambiente y diversion asegurada, espero encontrarlos a todos el año que viene. Gracias por haberme hecho unas vacaciones magicas

El hotel climia benidorm plaza, pensamos que el hotel estaba en una ubicación perfecta para el casco antiguo y la franja, hotel limpio. Personal del bar. limpieza hecha y por último pero no menos importante el personal de recepción, una mención a reguart, debo y casi me olvido de la botella de cava y tarjeta que envió a la habitación en el cumpleaños de la esposa (foto incluida)
Clean and tidy but having some updates to reception area only hope the rest of the building is going to follow . Bar staff lovely. Dinner was to late for us at 8pm .Lots of rules in the pool which was directed at the British Boys staying in Hotel not so much to the Spanish . Very centrally positioned for sea front shops and bars
Gran lugar, lo pasé genial en febrero de 2023. Disfruté mucho de la música nocturna y uno de los empleados fue fantástico con mi hermanita, se conectaron muy bien. La comida fue excelente y el todo incluido también estuvo genial. Volvería sin duda si regreso a Benidorm. Además, tenía unas vistas preciosas y un gimnasio.
