If I could, I would erase the experience I had at this restaurant from my memory!! I visited with my family for dinner. For a 8:15pm confirmed reservation we were seated at 8:45. The food was served at 9:50, which by the way was average and I wasn 't even served my whole meal. They completely ignored my repeated request to serve my rice. And in the end it was not served at all. Lastly my child cried in tears because they forgot to serve him completely! His food came at 10:20 pm and that too I had to get up, go to the kitchen and ask for his order. The staff was unbelievably rude, telling me that I have attitude issue. Believe me , for a 8:15pm reservation, if a child under 10 is served food...

Everyone at our table of two agreed that it was a disappointing experience, especially considering the price—we expected both an enjoyable meal and an entertaining experience but received neither. When we raised our concerns with the manager, he appeared indifferent to our feedback. The restaurant itself also seemed grungy and in desperate need of a thorough cleaning; a complete renovation might be necessary. Overall, we had some good times here, but after today, it’s clear that it's time for us to move on.

There was very little wait time to get seated, but it took a very long time for the chef to arrive at our table, i would say around 30 mins.. The only thing that is frustrating is the wait time, this restaurant is currently understaffed. When it comes to the food you need to order the entire main course at once, then the chef arrives at your table to cook it, you can always customize the spice levels, the pan fried veggies were very tasty yakisoba noodles were really nice. Overall a decent experience.

I dined here tonight with my husband and had a disappointing experience. We waited an hour and a half for service, and when the waiter finally arrived at our table, the grill was not hot enough to cook our food. The bathrooms were in a disarray, and there was no toilet paper available. This place is truly lacking, and I believe it should be shut down. The manager seemed unprepared and offered excuses for the poor service. I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Reserva una mesa ahora

This was my 1st visit but definitely not my last. The ambiance was very nice, staff was so pleasant and the food was fresh and tasted good. You do need a reservation which we had. It's family friendly but also cozy enough for date night. I really enjoyed the experience.

Had a reservation for 7:30pm but was seated at 8:00pm. The chef and waitstaff were polite and observed Covid protocols. The ladies restroom on the other hand had no soap and the trash bin was overflowing. The food and show was good though.

The place is really beautiful!! The food is good, but wait for the cook to come and prepare your stuff is NOT good! We were 11 in our table, but still they took their time to come to us.
