We came with wagjag coupons that Adeer the manager recommend we buy before coming in. When it was time to pay they only let us use 1 coupon even though the coupon said multiples could be used. The “manager” Julie was aggressive in her denials of honouring the coupons. She actually grabbed my phone even though I was wearing a mask and clearly am still adhering to covid protocols to protect myself for upcoming surgery. When I protested she dropped my iPhone 14 on the counter. No apology for doing so… just said I was ridiculous for not wanting her to touch my phone. We had 3 kids and 2 adults and paying over $400 for some steak, chicken, veggies and rice is not worth it. We also had a beginner cook, who didn't have the best performance. Nice looking place and the food was good, but the price makes this not worth it, at all. Especially when Suisha Gardens is right down the road for less than half the price.

For the price the steak is very tough, the shrimp was good and the teriyaki chicken. The white sauce is runny and not as good as other places in my opinion. The service was great, but the food was lacking in flavor and quality in my opinion. I wasn’t impressed for 2 adults and 1 kid $350 is a high bill for an ok meal.

Mia was our server, and she was amazing! She was very attentive and made sure our drinks were always topped off. Our cook was charming and entertaining as well. Since this was our first experience, we would definitely go back in a heartbeat! Reserva una mesa ahora

We've visited this restaurant a few times and have consistently had a positive experience. We hadn't been there since the summer, but the waitress recognized us right away. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious!

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary dinner at Benihana. Which is my wife’s favourite place. It was a wonderful experience as always. Thank you so much
