Benihana Plymouth Meeting

I had 2 tables reserved, didn’t get seated for 45 minutes past my reservation time. We had two servers. One that was awesome (Nyla) and a second server we never saw. The chefs were great, but unfortunately the expired was almost 4 hours start to finish, and that was just way too long. The female manager was an awesome, the other manager was horrible to talk to a deal with. A real A hole. Definitely not good at his job. I give it a 3, but only because of Nyla, and the food was good, or I’d give it a 1.

1st let’s just start by saying how sticky the floor was as soon as you walk that rug is filthy. Than I had reservations for 7pm we were not seated until an hour later. Once seated it took about 30 mins for the chef to come out we did not get our soup until we were about to leave. And finally some how the girl messed up on our bill. I will be contacting corporate.

chef hai jenny waitress This was a better visit than during virus! A short wait due to graduations and birthdays. The show was as great as usual. How they have each order ready as ordered is amazing. It still is expensive even with the birthday discount. A fun night the hat the photo all made it fun.

We had a reservation for 4:30 but were not seated until 5. The host/hostess were very rude and we overheard three of them talking about our party. Our soup did not arrive until after our meals were ready and they forgot our appetizers. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

MD our chief was wonderful. Service was slow not enough staff. Restaurant lamps and other areas need cleaning. Bathroom was clean.
